Ozone (O₃) is a form of Oxygen.  It forms the outer protective layer of the atmosphere. Ozone protects us from the ultraviolet radiation of the sun. We still have % of Ozone left in the atmosphere.  The way to get it to the 100% level would be to:

2. Reduce the amount of pollutants that we put in the air.
